Defendant, Donald Tate (appellant herein), was convicted in a jury trial of forcible rape, § 566.030, RSMo (Supp. 1982); forcible sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo (Supp. 1982); burglary in the first degree, § 569.160, RSMo (1978); and two counts of robbery in the first degree, § 569.020, RSMo (1978). He was sentenced to a total of ninety-five years' imprisonment. 1 This appeal ensues. We reverse and remand with directions. The defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. Our review of the record indicates ample evidence to support the convictions; therefore an exposition of the facts is unnecessary.
